Shipping & Privacy Policies

Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day. All packages delivered by FedEx require a signature for delivery. Packages will not be left without one. If you wish, you can opt to waive the signature in the "shipping instructions" box, in which case we can leave the package without a required signature. Please note, if you choose this option Caviarteria is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost.

Furthermore, during the winter seasons any shipments to Colorado or any of its surrounding areas are at the purchaser's own risk. Caviarteria will not assume responsibility for any shipments that were delayed due to snow storms, rain storms, or any other natural occurrence including but not limited to "Acts of God".

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, please note that all returns or exchanges must be arranged and confirmed with a Caviarteria associate within 24 hours of receipt of all packages (or the following business day if package was received on Friday or Saturday). Once it has been determined and confirmed that Caviarteria will accept the return, we ask that you refreeze the gel ice packs so that the caviar is properly chilled while en route to our facility to ensure full credit for your order. We will arrange to have FedEx pick up your order. We can not be responsible for wrong addresses or zip codes, please be sure to carefully check the name, address and zip code of the ship-to address. Please also understand that we cannot accept returns of products that are partially or fully consumed. We appreciate your business and value your feedback.
